MEADOW HEALTH 90-Day Product Guarantee Policy

Our Promise

We stand behind every Meadow Health product. If you complete the full 90-day protocol as directed and are not satisfied with your experience, we will issue a full refund of your purchase price, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

This policy applies to all Meadow Health products purchased directly through our website (trymeadowhealth.com or tryliverdetox.com) or through authorized sales channels. Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers are not eligible.

How It Works

  1. Purchase a minimum of three (3) units of any Meadow Health product in a single order or through an active subscription. Three units constitutes a 90-day supply when used as directed.
  2. Use the product consistently for the full 90 days as directed on the product label. The 90-day period begins on the date of delivery as confirmed by carrier tracking.
  3. Submit a refund request via email within the eligibility window (see Eligibility Requirements below), including all required materials.
  4. Receive your full refund within five (5) business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:

✓ Purchased a minimum of three (3) units of the same product in a single order or through an active, uninterrupted subscription

✓ Used the product consistently for the full 90-day period as directed on the product label

✓ Submitted the refund request no earlier than 90 days and no later than 100 days from the confirmed delivery date of the original order

✓ Provided a valid order number associated with the qualifying purchase

✓ Submitted a video review meeting the requirements outlined in the Video Submission Requirements section below

Video Submission Requirements

As part of the refund process, we ask that you submit a short, honest video review of your experience. This helps us improve our products and provides transparency for future customers.

Your video must include:

  • Your face clearly visible on camera (a phone selfie-style video is perfectly fine)
  • Verbal answers to the following three questions: (1) Why did you try this product? (2) What, if anything, did you notice over the 90-day period? (3) Would you recommend it to others?
  • A minimum length of 30 seconds and a maximum length of 2 minutes
  • Your honest opinion — positive, negative, or neutral

Video License Grant: By submitting a video as part of this guarantee process, you grant Meadow Health a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your video on our website, social media channels, advertising platforms, and other marketing materials. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that the content of your video does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

What Is NOT Covered

The following are expressly excluded from this guarantee:

✗ Orders of fewer than three (3) units of the same product

✗ Refund requests submitted before 90 days of confirmed product use

✗ Refund requests submitted more than 100 days after the original delivery date

✗ Video submissions that do not show the customer's face clearly on camera

✗ Video submissions under 30 seconds in length or that do not address all three required questions

✗ Customers who paused, canceled, or skipped subscription shipments during the 90-day period, resulting in an incomplete supply

✗ Customers who did not use the product consistently as directed on the product label

✗ Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers, marketplaces, or resellers

✗ Orders where a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated with the customer's bank or payment provider prior to or during the refund review process

How To Submit a Refund Request

Send an email to support@trymeadowhealth.com with the following:

  • Subject line: "90-Day Guarantee Refund Request"
  • Your full name as it appears on the order
  • Your order number(s) associated with the qualifying purchase
  • Your video review (attached directly or as a link to Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar file-sharing service)

Our team will review your submission within three (3) business days. If your submission meets all eligibility requirements, your refund will be processed within five (5) business days of approval. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Limitation of Guarantee

This guarantee is limited to one (1) refund per customer, per product. Customers who have previously received a refund under this policy for a specific product are not eligible for a second refund for the same product. This guarantee may be used for different Meadow Health products separately, subject to the same terms and conditions.

Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the product and do not include shipping costs, taxes, or any other fees. Meadow Health reserves the right to deny a refund request that does not comply with the terms of this policy.

Your honest experience — whether positive, negative, or somewhere in between — helps us improve our formulations and helps future customers make informed decisions. Your honesty is worth more to us than a refund.

Policy Modifications

Meadow Health reserves the right to modify, amend, or discontinue this guarantee policy at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will apply to orders placed after the effective date of the updated policy. Orders placed before the effective date of any modification will be governed by the version of the policy in effect at the time of purchase. The most current version of this policy will always be available on our website.
